How is this product suitable for people intolerant to lactose? Very simple: lactose is made up of two sugars (galactose and glucose). People who have an intolerance to this disaccharide don’t process it due to a deficit of lactase, an enzyme that separates these two sugars. In lactose-free products, the all-natural sugars in the milk are separated for easy digestion.
Ingredients: Cream (milk), milk protein, modified starch, emulsifiers (E471, E476), salt (0.3%), preservative (E202), colouring (beta-carotene) and flavourings, some artificial additives to ensure uniform texture and spreadability.
