Asturian blue cheese par excellence, with protected designation of origin. An intense and authentic cheese like the land from which it comes: the heart of the Picos de Europa. As well as being produced with milk from the area, this cheese is matured in the natural El Molín cave, in the heart of the mountain, using the same artisanal processes that were used from the start in 1913. The Central Lechera Asturiana Cabrales cheese has won various awards from the World Cheese Awards in the “Blue” category, which is a great recognition of its quality.
