Monte Avín Blue Cheese from Central Lechera Asturiana is made from pasteurised cow’s milk and is a natural cheese with no artificial additives. It has a creamy texture and exquisite flavour.
It is available in approximately 2.6 kg pieces.
Whole pasteurised cow’s milk, cream (milk), milk proteins, salt, rennet, lactic ferments (milk), Penicillium Roqueforti.
