At Central Quesera Asturiana… oops, we mean Central Lechera Asturiana, we offer a wide variety of cheeses, so you can choose your favourite and find the perfect cheese for every occasion.

Traditional Fresh Cheeses

Whipped Fresh Cheese
Our Whipped Fresh Cheeses and Protein Whipped Fresh Cheeses are made with cow’s milk and contain no artificial additives. This range has been designed to help you find the product that best suits your needs.
If you’re looking to add more protein to your diet, try our Natural Whipped Fresh Cheese. If your goal is to increase your protein intake, we offer our Natural Protein Whipped Fresh Cheese and Blueberry Protein Whipped Fresh Cheese.

Mozzarella and Burrata
We offer a wide range of Mozzarella, allowing you to choose from Classic, Light, and Lactose-Free varieties. In addition, our Classic Mozzarella is available in pearl and medallion formats, making it even easier to incorporate into your favourite recipes.
Our Burrata is made from cow’s milk following a carefully crafted production process. First, a stretched-curd ball, similar to mozzarella, is formed and then filled with Stracciatella. Each Burrata is then hand-sealed, giving it its characteristic “pouch” shape.

Cream cheese
The new Central Lechera Asturiana Cream Cheese range has been developed in partnership with Quescrem, expert cream cheese makers. Together, we have launched three delicious products:
- Original Cream Cheese, made with cow’s milk and no artificial additives.
- Light Cream Cheese, made with cow’s milk and containing 54% less fat than the Original variety.
- Cream Cheese with Kefir Cultures, made with cow’s milk and no artificial additives.

Sliced cheese
