Which Fresh Cheese Varieties Can You Find?

Ultrafiltered Fresh Cheese

Our Ultrafiltered Fresh Cheese has a smooth, uniform texture and a soft consistency. Made from 100% cow’s milk, it is available in a 500g tray format.

Traditional Fresh Cheese

Made from 100% cow’s milk, our Traditional Fresh Cheese is available in a 250g format. We also offer a 250g Lactose-Free variety, so everyone can enjoy the exquisite taste of our Traditional Fresh Cheeses.

Whipped Fresh Cheese

Known for its high protein content and 0% fat, our Whipped Fresh Cheese is available in both natural and fruit-flavoured varieties. All are made without artificial additives and come in an easy-to-recycle 400g cup.

Mozzarella

Our Mozzarella range is made from 100% cow’s milk and is available in Classic, Light, and Lactose-Free varieties in a 125g format. You can also enjoy Classic Mozzarella in Pearls (mini mozzarella balls) or Medallions formats.

Burrata

We offer a selection of delicious Burrata varieties, including Classic Burrata in a 125g format and Truffle Burrata in a 150g format. Made from 100% cow’s milk, they feature a rich, creamy centre. For those who prefer smaller portions, our Burratinas are available in a pack of four 50g Burratas (200g total).

Mascarpone

Our Mascarpone is made without artificial additives and has a rich, creamy, and velvety texture. It is available in a 500g format.
