Kefir

Kefir is made in a similar way to yogurt, except that its ferments are different. Kefir, a dairy product with high nutritional value, has a very interesting microbiological composition. A natural source of protein and calcium, it contains less lactose than milk and is ideal for taking good care of yourself every day. Our kefir is made in Asturias, with milk from our family farms and kefir ferments.
