Peña Santa Blue Cheese from Central Lechera Asturiana is made from a blend of pasteurised cow’s milk (minimum 55%) and sheep’s milk (minimum 30%). This combination, together with careful maturing, gives the cheese a smooth, creamy texture and a delicious flavour.
It is 100% natural, with no artificial additives, and is available in 125 g wedge portions.
Whole pasteurised cow’s milk (min. 55%), whole pasteurised sheep’s milk (min. 30%), cream (milk), milk proteins, salt, rennet, lactic ferments (milk), Penicillium Roqueforti.
