Pesto Burrata
Description
Burrata made with 100% cow’s milk.
Central Lechera Asturiana Pesto Burrata 150 g is crafted through a careful production process. First, a ball of stretched curd, similar to mozzarella, is formed. It is then filled with Stracciatella—a mixture of cream and mozzarella strands—combined with pesto sauce. Each Burrata is hand-sealed, giving it its characteristic “pouch” shape.
This innovative Burrata recipe will surprise you with its delicious flavour.
Ingredients
Pasteurised cow’s milk, cream (milk), pesto sauce 12% (basil, garlic, corn starch, salt, lemon juice, black pepper, pine nuts, spirulina and safflower concentrates, citrus fibre), modified starch, stabilisers (E466, E460, E415, E407), emulsifier (E471), acidity regulator (citric acid), salt, preservative (E-202), rennet, lactic ferments (milk).
