What varieties of Soft Cheese are there?
- Ultra-filtered Burgos Cheese
Burgos Soft Cheese with a smooth, uniform texture and soft consistency. Made from 100% cow’s milk, it is available in 500 g tubs and 1 kg formats.
- Traditional Burgos Cheese
Made from 100% cow’s milk, it is available in 250 g and 500 g formats. There is also a 250 g Lactose-Free variety, so no one has to miss out on the exquisite flavour of these Traditional Burgos Soft Cheeses.
- Whipped soft cheese
Known for its high protein content and 0% fat, it is available in natural or fruit varieties. All are made with no artificial additives and come in a 400 g tub that is easy to recycle.
- Mozzarella
Our range of mozzarellas is made from cow’s milk with no artificial additives. Choose your favourite: Classic, Light or Lactose-Free. Available in 125 g balls, 125 g pearl format (mini balls) or 250 g medallions.
- Burrata
There are three delicious Burrata varieties in 150 g portions: Classic, Truffle or Pesto. Made from 100% cow’s milk, they are creamy on the inside. For those who prefer a smaller serving, Mini Burratas are available (four 50 g burratas, total 200 g).
- Mascarpone
Our Mascarpone is made with no artificial additives and has a smooth, creamy texture. It is available in 350 g and 500 g formats.
