This Burgos Soft Cheese is produced using ultra-filtration, a technique that improves its shelf life and enhances its flavour.
It has a smooth, uniform texture and soft consistency, making it ideal for a variety of dishes such as salads and desserts or to enjoy for breakfast, mid-morning or as a snack.
Pasteurised cow’s milk, gelatine, salt, rennet and preservative (E-202).
