Central Lechera Asturiana Classic Burrata 125g follows a careful production process in which a stretched-curd ball, similar to mozzarella, is first formed and then filled with Stracciatella—a blend of cream and fine mozzarella strands.
Finally, each Burrata is hand-tied, giving it its distinctive little ‘pouch’ shape.This Burrata, creamy and delicate, is perfect enjoyed simply with a bit of bread. You can also pair it with arugula, tomato (fresh or sun-dried), lamb’s lettuce… although it will always be the star of your dishes thanks to its delicious flavor.
Ingredients: Pasteurized cow’s milk, cream (milk), salt, acidity regulator (citric acid), preservative (potassium sorbate), rennet, and lactic ferments (milk).
