Central Lechera Asturiana Truffle Burrata 150 g is crafted through a careful production process. First, a ball of stretched curd, similar to mozzarella, is formed. It is then filled with Stracciatella—a mixture of cream and mozzarella strands—enhanced with truffle. Each Burrata is hand-sealed, giving it its characteristic “pouch” shape.
