Burrata made with 100% cow’s milk.
Central Lechera Asturiana Mini Burratas 200 g are made using the same careful process as the Classic Burrata 150 g, but in a smaller size. First, a ball of stretched curd, similar to mozzarella, is formed and then filled with Stracciatella—a mixture of cream and mozzarella strands. Each Mini Burrata is hand-sealed, giving it its characteristic “pouch” shape.
Each tub contains four 50 g Mini Burratas, perfect for salads and pizzas. A fun way to enjoy our Classic Burrata in smaller, bite-sized portions.
Pasteurised cow’s milk, cream (milk), modified starch, stabilisers (E466, E460, E415, E407), emulsifier (E471), acidity regulator (citric acid), salt, rennet, lactic ferments (milk).
