Burratinas made with 100% cow’s milk.
Central Lechera Asturiana Burratinas 200g follow the same careful production process as our Classic Burrata 125g, but in a smaller size. First, a stretched-curd ball, similar to mozzarella, is formed and then filled with Stracciatella, a blend of cream and fine mozzarella strands. Finally, each one is hand-closed, giving it its distinctive little “pouch” shape.
Each tub contains 4 Burratinas of 50g each, perfect for salads and pizzas. A way to enjoy our Classic Burrata in smaller, bite-sized portions.
Ingredients: Pasteurized cow’s milk, cream (milk), salt, acidity regulator (citric acid), preservative (potassium sorbate), rennet, and lactic ferments (milk).
