Pastor Picón Blue Cheese from Central Lechera Asturiana is made from pasteurised cow’s milk and is a natural cheese with no artificial additives. It is distinguished by its wrapping in plantain leaves, following a careful traditional production method. This cheese is creamy with an intense flavour.
It is available in approximately 2.6 kg pieces.
Whole pasteurised cow’s milk, cream (milk), milk proteins, salt, rennet, lactic ferments (milk), Penicillium Roqueforti.
