Traditional Burgos soft cheese
Our Traditional Fresh Burgos cheeses are made from cow’s milk and are available in a variety of formats and styles. Find them in your supermarket or at your local delicatessen and explore the full range, which includes a lactose-free option as well as regional specialties such as Cincho and Villalón.
Whipped soft cheese
Our Whipped Soft Cheeses and Whipped Soft Protein Cheeses are made from cow’s milk and contain no artificial additives. This range is designed to help you find the product that best suits your needs.

Mozzarella and Burrata
Our Mozzarella is made from cow’s milk and contains no artificial additives. You can choose from Original, Light or Lactose-Free varieties. Our Classic Mozzarella is also available in pearl and medallion formats, making it easy to add to your favourite recipes.
Our Burrata is crafted from cow’s milk following a careful production process. First, the ball of stretched curd is formed, similar to mozzarella, and then filled with Stracciatella. Each Burrata is hand-sealed to create its characteristic “pouch” shape. Explore the range of creamy, soft Burratas and choose your favourite: Classic, Truffle or Pesto. For those who prefer smaller portions, try our Mini Burratas.
Cream cheese
The new range of Central Lechera Asturiana Cream Cheese has been developed in collaboration with Quescrem, master cream cheese makers. Together, we are introducing three delicious varieties: Original Cream Cheese, made from cow’s milk with no artificial additives; Light Cream Cheese, made from cow’s milk with 54% less fat than the Original; and Kefir Culture Cream Cheese, made from cow’s milk with no artificial additives. Sliced cheese
Discover our range of sliced cheeses, available in Soft, Light, Lactose-Free and Smoked varieties. Made with natural ingredients and no artificial additives, these sliced cheeses are distinguished by their creamy texture and exquisite flavour.
