Burrata made with 100% cow’s milk.
Central Lechera Asturiana Classic Burrata 150 g is crafted through a careful production process. First, a ball of stretched curd, similar to mozzarella, is formed and then filled with Stracciatella, a mixture of cream and mozzarella strands. Each Burrata is then hand-sealed, giving it its characteristic “pouch” shape.
This creamy, soft Burrata is excellent served simply with a little bread. It can also be enjoyed with rocket, fresh or sun-dried tomatoes, lamb’s lettuce, and other accompaniments… although its delicious flavour is always the star of the dish.
Pasteurised cow’s milk, cream (milk), modified starch, stabilisers (E466, E460, E415, E407), emulsifier (E471), acidity regulator (citric acid), salt, rennet, lactic ferments (milk).
